 Management

Mrs. Pruneda is originally from Guatemala and came to the United States in August of 2000. Mrs. Pruneda’s passion for helping people in need came from her mother. She started to volunteer at Sanger High School library when her two kids came to the United States in 2003 and was part of the Sanger High School parent’s involvement program. She has worked as the Library Tech II since 2004 and founded Apache Closet in 2006 with the support of Carlos Pruneda (husband), Susan Parkinson (Former Teacher Librarian), and Daniel Chacon (SHS Principal).  Apache Closet allows students to be more involved in community service around Sanger and its vicinities. Mrs. Pruneda mentors SHS seniors for their final community service projects and college students with their research and projects about community service.
